Scamming
Homophobia
Map exploitment
Inappropriate chat
Misbehaviour/feuds
Begging or Spamming
Inappropriate role-play
Use of unjustified mods
Improper/inappropriate skins
Use of defects or malfunctions
Advertising other servers and links
Disclosure of Personal Information
Inappropriate/offensive structures (Swasticas, genitalia etcetera)
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Evolution Gaming Network's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
Modify or copy the materials;
Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Evolution Gaming Network's web site;
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Evolution Gaming Network at any time. Name Change Policy
Obtaining a name that is similar to that of YepImRobbie and YeaImJude will result in a 30 day ban, if the username is not reverted after the 30 days upon creation, the ban will become permanent as well as an ip address ban.
Modification of the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change this terms and conditions from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarise yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

User Agreement
We reserve the right to alter, without or with any notice, any rank price that has been set forth. Additionally, we reserve the right to change the benefits of any item/rank in the webstore, you have no entitlement to the old rank should the contents be changed. Payment Policy
Every sale is final, you are not allowed to chargeback, stop, credit the server by any means necessary in order to receive your funds back that of which have successfully been paid for. In doing so we reserve the right to disallow your continued use of the server/forums and not allow further funds to be added or taken away. We reserve the right to pursue any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced charge-back. Recognise before all purchases you must agree to this payment policy and all listed policies.

If you suspect a staff member is abusing their power or punishing incorrectly please contact an Admin. If you bothered to actually read these terms of service, create a support ticket saying you read them and we might tell you an interesting story as a reward.
